I really liked this product. I used it at a time when I had a lot of trouble sleeping at night, and I can say that it works for me. After a few minutes of taking it, and being in an environment conducive to sleep, I fall asleep much more easily. I would buy it again.
Gostei muito deste produto. Usei numa altura que tinha muitas dificuldades em ter sono á noite, e posso afirmar que comigo funciona. Passados alguns minutos de tomar, e estando num ambiente propício ao sono, adormeço com muito mais facilidade. Voltaria a comprar.

It is true that if you are used to taking sleep medication, this is not going to have the same effects, but it helps a bit to reduce nighttime awakenings. The only negative is the herbal smell, for me it is very strong and unpleasant.

It helps some to fall asleep, but it doesn't work miracles. You will wake up the same at night. I haven't noticed any difference compared to regular melatonin.

In my case, it has not been as effective as melatonin and tryptophan.
I am a very nervous person and at bedtime, all my worries appear out of nowhere. I tried this supplement, and in my case, although I did notice a little improvement, in the end it has not been very effective despite the fact that the components are great. With HSN's sequential release melatonin and tryptophan also from your brand, I have achieved the results I was looking for : )
Soy una persona muy nerviosa y a la hora de dormir , aparecen de la nada todas mis preocupaciones. Probé este suplemento, y en mi caso, aunque sí noté un poco de mejoría.., finalmente no me ha resultado muy efectivo pese a que los componentes son estupendos. Con la melatonina de liberación secuencial de HSN y el triptófano también de su marca, he conseguido los resultados que buscaba : )
