Coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinol is much more effective than ubiquinone (the latter has to be transformed into ubiquinol so that the body can use it). It is quite a bit more expensive and that may be its negative point, but other brands market it even more expensive. I am very grateful to HSN for continuing to offer a very wide range of products.
La coenzima Q10 en forma de ubiquinol es mucho más eficaz que la ubiquinona (esta última tiene que transformarse en ubiquinol para que el cuerpo pueda aprovecharla).
