Reduction of wrinkles and diarrhea
My skin improved a lot but it gave me diarrhea and I had to stop taking them. According to what I have read in other sources, this is one of the adverse effects it can produce.

Best vegan ubiquinol
Quality is guaranteed with this branded raw material and the price is absolutely justified. There are not many vegan capsule shells on the market in this dosage. At least it does not contain any controversial substances such as carrageenan, the capsule is a little sticky, so a small point deduction, but due to its size and shape it is easy to swallow even without water. An absolute recommendation.
Qualität ist bei diesem Markenrohstoff garantiert und der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt. Es gibt in dieser Dosierung nicht viele vegane Kapselhüllen am Markt. Hier sind wenigstens keine umstritten Stoffe wie Carragen enthalten, Kapsel ist etwas klebrig, daher kleiner Punktabzug, aber aufgrund der Größe und Form selbst ohne Wasser gut zu schlucken. Incredible product

Coenzyme Q10 in its most optimal form
Coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinol is much more effective than ubiquinone (the latter has to be transformed into ubiquinol so that the body can use it). It is quite a bit more expensive and that may be its negative point, but other brands market it even more expensive. I am very grateful to HSN for continuing to offer a very wide range of products.
La coenzima Q10 en forma de ubiquinol es mucho más eficaz que la ubiquinona (esta última tiene que transformarse en ubiquinol para que el cuerpo pueda aprovecharla). Es bastante más cara y ese puede ser su punto negativo, pero otras marcas lo comercializan aún más caro. Muy agradecido a HSN por seguir ofreciendo una gama de productos muy amplio.
