Delicious protein bars and a good way to cover your daily protein requirements. In the sale, the price-performance ratio is worth five stars. I wouldn't buy the bar for the list price. Cranberry variety

I think they are good for a treat but I think they are expensive for what they are. I think any other food or shake can be better than a bar and more satiating.
