Better than milk!

I wanted to switch to plant based supplementation but I was wary because I had been told that vegan prot was often not as good as whey, and I was surprised. I like the chocolate ones even better than the regular whey ones. They are so dense that I don't need to mix them with so much milk, I do most of it with water and they taste so much like chocolate and they taste even better!

Quería pasarme a la suplementación plant based pero iba con recelo porque me habían dicho que las protes veganas a menudo no estaban tan conseguidas como las de suero de leche, y me he llevado una sorpresa. Las de chocolate me gustan aún más que las whey normales. Son tan densas que no me hace falta mezclarlas con tanta leche, lo hago casi todo con agua y saben muchísimo a choco y ¡sacian más!
