I bought the 1kg container to try (there are no smaller containers) and the truth is that so far it's going well. I take it as a post-workout and if it is true that recovery improves (at least I notice that it accelerates). It costs a little to dissolve and has a good price. I have yet to try it with a glucose monitor to see its impact. Otherwise, no discomfort or unwanted side effects.
