I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor it has. I thought it would have a more sour taste because of the coconut, but not at all. The coconut flavor is hardly noticeable and the cocoa and hazelnut flavor is.

The flavor is very rich and not excessively sweet. The problem I find is that at room temperature a more oily phase separates and it is very difficult to reintegrate it so that it is homogenized. Taken from the fridge it is more solid, but I liked it better.
