Avocado oil is a top product in the kitchen. Very interesting for its contribution of fatty acids and healthy to make salads or mayonnaise by mixing it with EVOO. It is a much healthier option than seed oils. Mild flavor. Better if it came in a glass bottle.

El aceite de aguacate es un producto top en la cocina. Muy interesante por su aporte de ácidos grasos y saludable para hacer ensaladas o mayonesas mezclándolo con AOVE. Opción mucho más saludable que los aceites de semillas. Sabor suave. Mejor si viniera en botella de vidrio.

Good buy

Neutral flavored oil that needs a very high temperature to reach the smoke point. I use it for cooking in iron frying pans, which need quite a high temperature so that the food being cooked does not stick. EVOO starts to smoke much earlier. In principle, it should be healthier than other seed oils and that is why it is the one I have chosen for cooking sautéed foods.

Aceite de sabor neutro que necesita una temperatura muy alta para llegar al punto de humo. Yo lo utilizo para cocinar en sartenes de hierro, que necesitan bastante temperatura para que no se peguen los alimentos que se cocinan. El AOVE empieza a hacer humo mucho antes. En principio, debería ser más saludable que otros aceites de semillas y por eso es el que he elegido para cocinar salteados.
