Natural, effective and safe.
Because of its presentation it does not smell or taste. It does its job, I took it half an hour before going to sleep and it helped me to fall asleep, for mild cases of stress it is a good option.

It has nothing to do with the Valerian that you can buy over there. They really work, I sleep more without interruptions, I wake up with a sense of peace that still stays with me for a few hours. Highly recommended.
