Effective
I've just been experimenting with type II collagen without the fantastic composition of another HSN product for joints, Joint Care. Apparently it's working to minimize pain and increase knee mobility, because when I stopped using the other product after a week the difficulties returned. I think this one is a bit expensive for the amount I'm using. But it seems to be effective.
Estou a usar há pouco a experimentar o colagénio tipo II sem a fantástica composição de outro produto da HSN para as articulações o Joint Care, aparentemente está a resultar para minimizar a dor e aumentar a mobilidade do joelho, pois quando parei com o outro produto passado uma semana voltaram as dificuldades. Este acho um pouco dispendioso para a quantidade a usar. Mas aparenta eficácia.

Good buy
Product with good presentation and complete composition (collagen and hyaluronic acid) with capsules easy to take and swallow. Its price is somewhat higher compared to other types of collagen and being four capsules per daily intake, it would be more comfortable if they could be reduced to a daily intake of two capsules.
Producto con buena presentación y completa composición (colágeno y ácido hialurónico) con cápsulas fáciles de tomar y tragar. Algo más elevado su precio en comparación con otros tipos de colágeno y siendo cuatro las cápsulas por toma diaria resultaría más cómodo pudieran reducirse a una ingesta de dos diarias.
