I will never buy flavored ones again, both ended up in the trash, neither pineapple nor watermelon, disgusting. I switch to neutral or pills. The contribution they make, it is noticeable, quite a lot, taking it for a week daily in training, yes, for its taste I decided not to join it to the shake after protein, its effectiveness and contribution is noticeable.
No vuelvo a comprarlos de sabores, acabaron los dos en la basura, ni piña ni sandia, asquerosos. Me paso al neutro o a las pastillas.
El aporte que hacen, se nota, bastante, al tomarlo durante una semana diariamente en el entreno, si, por su sabor decidí no juntarlo al batido de después de prote, se nota su efectividad y aporte.

A great success.
Normally I usually buy 2:1:1 ratio formats but, given that they had been sold out for some time on the HSN website and the irresistible price of these (1kg in addition) I went for them and I couldn't be happier. Same sensations as with the traditional ones (less fatigue and better recovery) and an exquisite fruit punch flavor, sweet and not at all cloying. I take them intra-workout.
Normalmente suelo adquirir formatos de ratio 2:1:1 pero, dado que llevaban un tiempo agotados en la web de HSN y el precio irresistible que tenían estos (1kg además) me lancé a por ellos y no puedo estar más contento. Mismas sensaciones que con los tradicionales (menos sensación de fatiga y mejor recuperación) y un sabor ponche de frutas exquisito, dulce y nada empalagoso. Los tomo intraentreno.

BCAA of 4,1,1 I bought the Orange flavor and I thought it was going to be very artificial and it is really tasty and refreshing. I take it post workout and it works great.
