Refreshing

I used to take the pills, but they are big and hard to swallow. Pineapple flavor, refreshing as a post workout along with electrolytes.

I love it

I ordered apple and lemon, so far I have only tried the apple and I like the taste, I took it during an intense workout and the next day I had much less stiffness than I expected, I will order it again!

Good value for money. I take them pre or post workout, depending on the session and activity. I take it along with Kyowa Quality L-Glutamine powder. I started taking 4:1:1, and now I'm also trying 2:1:1 ratio and it's great. It is the first time I buy it, the lemon flavor is good, the effectiveness of the BCAA'S I do not know yet because I've been taking it for two days, so far I have not noticed anything. I did not like the presentation because when I opened the bag I could not close it again and I had to put two tweezers to close it. Quality price very good because it tastes good. Es la primera vez que la compro, el sabor limón esta bueno, la efectividad del las BCAA¨S no lo se aun porque llevo dos días tomándolo, por ahora no he notado nada. La presentación no me ha gustado mucho porque al abrir la bolsa no la he podido volver a cerrar y le he tenido que poner dos pinzas para poder cerrarlo. Calidad precio muy bien ya que tiene buen sabor. Por todo lo demás perfecto.
