Super recommended
I had been since January with a sacred intermenstrual, probably from stress as I am changing habits and although they are healthy my body does not see it that way hahahahahaha, well two-three weeks taking it and it has been removed. I take one capsule daily, for the moment I will continue like this. I recommend it a lot, in terms of pain or premenstrual syndrome I have not noticed so much. I have also combined it with Omega 3.
Llevaba desde enero con un sagrado intermenstrual, seguramente del estrés ya que estoy cambiando habitos y aunque sean saludables mi cuerpo no lo ve así jajajajaja, pues dos-tres semanas tomandomelo y se me ha quitado.
