I love it. I have been using it for a long time at breakfast along with more nuts, to thicken sauces and in baking. I transfer it to a glass container, because I don't find the container convenient. It does not dry out. When I use it in soups, I toast it a little in the oven. It is delicious. It arrived in one day. Good price.
