Excellent for a good breakfast
I used to buy another one, but this one is better for us. It helps to have a restful sleep and really rest, it helps a little in falling asleep although it is not an immediate effect.
Antes compraba otra, pero esta nos viene mejor. Ayuda a tener un sueño reparador y descansar de verdad, colabora un poco en conciliar el sueño aunque no es un efecto inmediato.
