I love it, but I prefer pure melatonin.
I have been trying melatonin intermittently for some time, but in the end it works better for me without the 5-HTP. Even though this is an immediate serotonin precursor, I notice that I wake up more often when I take it, especially in the second half of the night. It may be coincidence, but I've been trying it for a while now and, at least with me, it works better pure, which I take from HSN also with B12.
Llevo tiempo probando con melatonina intermitentemente, pero al final me funciona mejor sin el 5-HTP. Aunque este sea un precursor inmediato de serotonina, noto que me despierto más a menudo cuando lo tomo, sobre todo en la segunda mitad de la noche. Puede que sea coincidencia, pero llevo rato probándolo y, por lo menos conmigo, funciona mejor la pura, que la tomo de HSN también con B12.
