Prevents tachycardia
I take it twice a day and I do not have tachycardias, I am prone to them due to genetics and with menopause they started to occur more frequently. When I stop taking them for three or four weeks I get tachycardias again. And when I start taking them again, they go away within a few days. Lo tomo dos veces al día y no tengo taquicardias, soy propensa por genética y encima con la menopausia me empezaron a dar con más frecuencia. Cuando dejo de tomarlas por tres o cuatro semanas me vuelven otra vez las taquicardias. Y cuando empiezo a tomarlas se me quitan a los pocos días. Son muy buenas para la circulación de la sangre y además previenen infecciones, no me pongo mala nunca.
