It was like a miracle for me
I had to take two high doses of antibiotics because of severe acne. After two weeks at the latest, I knew what gastrointestinal pain was. The pain was so severe that I rolled back and forth on the bed in the fetal position. Then I discovered Respi biotics and ordered it. Two days later the pain was gone and when I had a bowel movement in the morning everything smelled normal again instead of like death and decay.
Ich musste wegen starker Akne zwei hochdosierte Antibiotika nehmen.
Nach spätestens zwei Wochen wusste ich, was echte Magen-Darm-Schmerzen sind. Die Schmerzen waren so heftig, dass ich nur noch in Embryohaltung im Bett lag und mich vor Schmerz hin und her gewälzt habe.
Dann bin ich auf Respi Biotics gestoßen und habe es bestellt.
Zwei Tage später waren die Schmerzen verschwunden – und selbst der Stuhlgang war morgens wieder unauffällig, ohne den unangenehmen, beißenden Geruch, den ich vorher hatte.

I had tested the version with less UFC and not that I noticed differences but I suppose they are there. Anyway, interesting to get the microbiota tuned up for the time change.

I really like these probiotics, they are a fixture in my supplementation. They have a wide variety of strains and the capsules are small and easy to swallow. Since I've been taking them (1 capsule on an empty stomach) I've noticed a lot of improvement in my intestines and skin, so I give them a 10.
