Well

I take it on an empty stomach and as with all this type of product, my body takes at least 5-6 days to get used to it, but the truth is that I notice that my digestion is much lighter since I take it.

Lo tomo en ayunas y como con todo este tipo de producto, mi cuerpo tarde al menos unos 5-6 días a acostumbrarse, pero la verdad que noto la digestión mucho más ligera des de que lo tomo.
