I bought it for when I go out for coffee and they don't have lactose-free milk and it has been very good for me because in many places they don't have that kind of milk.

The cheapest lactase on the market. It is true that you have to take two pills for it to take effect as it is softer than other brands, but it is still very much worth it compared to the one sold in pharmacies at exorbitant prices.

The pills are very good but the bottle is gigantic for 30 pills. I would only change the packaging.
