They are indispensable to me
I am medically diagnosed with grade II lactose intolerance by my digestologist. I say this because it is not that I have taken lactose myself out of fads (as is so fashionable with fructose, lactose and gluten). No. I take them out of pure necessity. My stomach and digestive system do not need the high concentration of LACTASE that these pills have, which are so good for us lactose intolerant people. They work phenomenally well and are wonderful. They are a real discovery. One capsule 15 - 30 minutes before the ingestion of any food containing dairy (when you can't avoid it: ice cream, birthday cakes, family desserts...) and they don't cause stomach inflammation or gas. I recommend them 100%, but above all because the quality-price ratio is unbeatable. In other places they are much more expensive and come in much less quantity (both tablets and lactase concentration). They are indispensable for me.
Estoy médicamente diagnosticada de intolerancia a la lactosa en grado II, por mi digestóloga.
Digo esto porque no es que me haya quitado yo misma la lactosa por modas (como tanto se estila con la fructosa, la lactosa y el gluten). No. Las tomo por pura necesidad. Ni estómago y aparato digestivo necesita la alta concentración de LACTASA que tienen estas pastillas que tanto bien nos hacen a las personas intolerantes a la lactosa.
Funcionan fenomenal y van de maravilla. Son todo un descubrimiento. Una cápsula 15 - 30 minutos antes la ingesta de algún alimento que contenga lácteos (cuando no se pueden evitar: algún helado, tartas de cumpleaños, postres familiares...) y no producen inflamación estomacal ni gases.
Las recomiendo al 100%, pero sobre todo porque la calidad-precio es inmejorable. En otros sitios valen mucho más caras y vienen muchísima menos cantidad (tanto de pastillas como de concentración de lactasa). Son indispensables para mí.
