I find them very practical for making gingko biloba, valerian, passionflower and lemon balm capsules. Or magnesium, when I need to take it in capsules, I usually take it in powder form.

Very good, practical
I fill them with essential oils for my hot flashes, as they are liquid, I freeze them and take them several times a day. The capsules are of good quality. I also fill them with herbs such as horsetail or milk thistle in fine powder form.

A little difficult to handle, good price.
Capsules are supplied unopened and need to be separated one by one first. Capsules slightly smaller than standard, by very little but enough to complicate operations. You have to exert a lot of force to close them otherwise you have to start all over again.They are also highly polished and tend to splash off when you try to grab them. Good value for money.I would buy again.
Le capsule sono fornite chiuse e occorre prima separarle una ad una. Capsule leggermente più piccole dello standard, di pochissimo ma abbastanza per complicare le operazioni. Per chiuderle occorre esercitare moltissima forza altrimenti si deve ricominciare tutto daccapo, inoltre sono lucidissime e tendono a schizzare via quando si cerca di afferrarle. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.Ricompro.
