Very small pearls, but since I have been taking them, my folliculitis on my arms and legs has improved a lot in only two weeks. I take 8 pearls daily divided in 4 intakes (morning, noon, afternoon and evening). The eight pearls would be the equivalent of eating 4 garlics of 2gr each. And if you cut the pearls, you can rub the oil on the infected follicle and it helps a lot.
