Natural fiber for transit
I personally do not like it. I have tried to take all possible fibers to regulate intestinal transit, and I don't like this one either. It thickens with water and the taste is quite woody (come on, like all fibers). If you need it, it takes effect after a couple of days, there is no doubt about that.
A mí personalmente no me gusta. He tratado de tomar todas las fibras posibles para regular el tránsito intestinal, y tampoco esta me gusta. Se espesa con el agua y el sabor es bastante leñoso (vamos, como todas las fibras). Si lo necesitas, hace su efecto después de un par de días, en eso no hay duda.
