I am not convinced
I have taken it with black coffee and I am not convinced. Before I had taken it in oil and much better, this powdered format does not dissolve well, it leaves many lumps and I don't like the taste. I also think it doesn't feel good. I will not buy it again.
Lo he tomado con café solo y no me convence. Antes había tomado en aceite y mucho mejor, este formato en polvo a mí no se me disuelve bien deja muchos grumos además el sabor que deja no me gusta. Además creo que no sienta bien. No lo volveré a comprar.
