My skin discomfort has disappeared
I was looking for Omega 3 from algae. I am allergic to fish and this has no fish in it. I have been allergic for many years and since I have been taking omega 3 my skin problems have disappeared. I take it after eating and although I notice some discomfort in my stomach, it's worth it. Too bad I didn't discover it sooner!

Soy alérgica desde hace muchos años y desde que tomo omega 3 mis problemas de piel han desaparecido. Lo tomo después de comer y aunque noto algo de molestia en el estómago, merece la pena.

I think it is the best
In my opinion it is the best Omega 3 on the market, in terms of quality and price. The algae one is preferable to the fish one as it has more purity and more concentration of DHA.
