Essential supplement.
I think it should not be missing in the supplement pantry. I do not think it is suitable for every day but it is indispensable for certain seasons of stress or mental or physical overload, to ensure the levels of B vitamins. Even more so in the case of elderly people or those with a regular deficit of B vitamins.
Creo que no debe faltar en la despensa de suplementos.
