I take them every other month, they are effective for rest (I sleep better) and reduce muscle pain. I also use them on hangover day, they help me feel good.

A must-have in winter
In the winter months the metabolism shuts down a bit because of the hours of sunlight and because I tend to do a little less exercise outdoors. With the Christmas excesses it also helps to prepare the body for the January slope. That's where vitamins come in, especially this complex of B vitamins.
