Good value for money. Of course, you won't notice my effect of taking a multivitamin, but the positive effects on health are there. The only thing you notice is stronger nails and hair. I'm taking it because it's not always possible to consume the ideal amount of vitamins on a daily basis, either because we eat out or because fresh produce now contains a lot of chemicals.
Boa relação qualidade preço. Claro que não se nota o meu efeito de tomar um multivitamínico, mas os efeitos positivos na saúde estão lá. A única coisa que se pode notar é unhas e cabelo mais forte. Estou a tomar porque no dia a dia nem sempre se consegue consumir a quantidade ideal de vitaminas, ora porque fazemos refeições fora de casa, ora porque os produtos frescos agora têm muitos químicos.
