They do their job. I eat them all before meals with cream or milk and it makes me feel much better. Also for people who are in a bulking stage and have heavy digestions.

The overall experience has been very positive. I don't notice much, but it does help.

Since I have increased my protein dosage my digestion is worse, I get bloated and have a lot of gas. I have tried taking digezyme before the main meal if I know I am going to overdo it with protein and it helps, I don't bloat so much, although it is not miraculous it helps.

Desde que he aumentado mi dosis de proteina mis digestiones son peores, me inflamo y tengo muchos gases. He probado a tomar digezyme antes de la comida principal si sé que voy a excederme en proteina y ayuda, no me inflamo tanto, aunque no es milagroso ayuda.
