Cocoa milkshake
For years I have been combining my morning shake with protein, pure cocoa, maca, cinnamon powder, carob, sometimes banana or buckwheat flakes previously cooked and refrigerated at least 24h and unsweetened almond drink. Before work or training it gives me vitality and a full breakfast of slow carbohydrates with buckwheat or faster with banana.
Desde hace años combino mi batido de la mañana con proteína, cacao puro, maca, canela en polvo, algarroba, a veces plátano o copos de trigo sarraceno previamente cocidos y refrigerados mínimo 24h y bebida de almendra sin edulcorante. Para antes de trabajar o entrenar me da vitalidad y un desayuno completo de carbohidratos hidratos lentos con el sarraceno o más rápidos con el plátano.
