Great
I bought it because of the good reviews regarding cholesterol and benefits for the body. I have been taking it for a couple of months and I hope that in the following analytical tests its effect will be noticeable. However, I feel very well. I take it in the morning before breakfast in case it is more effective.

Excellent liver cleanser
A great antioxidant and liver cleanser. I had tried other brands and they gave me gas and some digestive discomfort. On the other hand, HSN's has worked very well from day one. I recommend it every 3-4 months if you are on a high protein diet or if your transaminases are a bit high in a blood test. Also if you have been diagnosed with fatty liver.
Un gran antioxidante y depurativo del hígado. Había probado de otras marcas y me daban gases y algo de malestar digestivo. En cambio, el de HSN me ha ido muy bien desde el primer día. Lo recomiendo cada 3-4 meses si llevas una dieta alta en proteínas o te han salido las transaminasas un poco altas en una analítica. También si te han detectado hígado graso.
