I consume 10 g during training and the effects on recovery are noticeable. However, the fact that it is unflavored gives the solvent a bitter taste, which you only get used to over time. However, that is the price for having no artificial additives. In that sense, if you consume it as I do in a bottle or shaker I recommend scrubbing it so it doesn't get a bad smell.

Sin embargo, el hecho de que no tenga sabor le da un toque amargo al disolvente, al que uno solo se acostumbra con el tiempo. De todas formas, ese es el precio por no tener añadidos artificiales. En ese sentido, si lo consumís como yo en una botella o shaker recomiendo fregarlo para que no coja mal olor.
