Since I've been buying protein from this brand I enjoy sports more and I notice how my body is evolving with the contributions of these products, in addition, they have such a variety of flavors that you can enjoy both the sweet taste of vanilla (in this case is the last one I bought) and the intense flavor of chocolate or the rich pistachio.

I bought the pistachio and the chocolate and peanut ones. I like the chocolate one better, although the pistachio one is not bad, the flavor doesn't convince me. I drink a shake before training, especially if I have to go running and I feel more energetic. I really like them a lot.

Me gusta más el de chocolate, aunque el de pistacho no está malo, el sabor no me llega a convencer.

I don't usually use it directly but I apply it to certain recipes to give it that aftertaste, in this case of pistachio, but I also use it with other flavors.
