I can't do without it; every morning, grapefruit, ashwagandha and honey with the Matcha scoop. It gets me going, it optimizes me, I don't know what percentage is to blame for my mood among the rest, what I do know is that I need to take it daily on an empty stomach.

Excellent
It has a strong taste but I mix it with collagen and I love it. I used to drink green tea but I have learned that matcha tea is much better. This one is great value for money and it lasts a long time since you only need to use a small amount with the dispenser. I recommend it.
Tiene un sabor fuerte pero yo lo mezclo con colágeno y me encanta. Antes tomaba te verde pero me he informado que el té matcha es mucho mejor. Este relación calidad precio es genial, además dura mucho ya que tan solo hace falta ponerse una pequeña cantidad con el dosificador. Lo recomiendo.
