It's been a while since I bought it and I still have some left, with only a quarter of a teaspoon of coffee you can make a tea, if you put more it is too concentrated for my taste. I've been taking it for a year now, I've gotten rid of my sugar cravings, now I can control myself and not eat chocolate and other pastries, I don't even care, it's incredible. It's probably because it lowers my cortisol, and I have less anxiety. I am very relieved not to eat so much sugar, that every day is discovered how bad is the synthetic sugar.
Hace tiempo que lo compre y todavia me queda,solo con un cuarto de cuchara de cafe puedes hacer un te,si pones mas es demasiado concentrado para mi gusto.
Hace un año que lo tomo,me he quitado la ansiedad por el azucar,ahora puedo controlarme y no comerme bollos chocolate y demas,hasta me dan igual,es increible.
Seguramente sera porque baja el cortisol,y tengo menos ansiedad.
Estoy muy aliviado de no comer tanto azucar,que cada dia se descubre lo malo que es el azucar sintetico

I have been a fan of matcha tea for years. It is true that the presentation is very uncomfortable because the powder is so fine that it sticks to the package and stains your hands when you take it out and it is very tedious. I always have to put it in a tupper which is more convenient. It could also come or sell it on the website the special whisk.
Muy fan del té matcha desde hace años. Si es verdad que la presentacion es muy incómoda porque al ser el polvo tan fino se queda pegado en el paquete y te mancha las manos a la hora de sacarlo y es muy tedioso. Yo tengo que ponerlo siempre en un tupper que es más cómodo. También podría venir o venderlo en la página web el batidor especial.

I don't buy another one, this one is my favorite!
I have tried other brands and this is definitely my favorite, I was encouraged to try it by the comments I read from people and this is my third order. The first few days I recommend not taking it in the afternoon, it was hard for me to sleep and I have noticed the satiety effect it produces. The only thing I would improve is the packaging of the product as it is very uncomfortable to use.
He probado de otras marcas y esta sin duda es mi favorita, me anime a probar por los comentarios que leí de la gente y este es mi tercer pedido. Los primeros días recomiendo no tomarlo por la tarde, a mi me costó dormir y si que he notado el efecto de saciedad que produce. Lo único que mejoraria es el envasado del producto ya que es muy incómodo a la hora de usarlo.
