I used to take Glucosamine in pill form, until I discovered that it is available in powder form, cheaper and more convenient for me. Ideal for knee pain, it works for me and my knees do not hurt since I take it. It is better in powder form, because you can divide the dose.

I had done the wrong dosage before and it looked like porridge, but then I looked at the instructions again and I put just 1 gram of the product in 500ml of water, and it's fine. More water is better. You can also use it in soup as it has no taste.
Antes tinha feito a dose errada e pareceu que era um mingau, mas depois eu vi de novo a instrução e coloco só 1 grama do produto dentro de 500 ml de água, e fica bom. Se for mais água é melhor. E possível usar em sopa também pois não tem gosto .
