Careful with the quantity
Be very careful with the amount you add, because if you overdo it, the coffee becomes undrinkable because of how cloying it is. I like that it does not have a bitter aftertaste like stevia. In my case, after taking it, my blood glucose has not risen above 120, which is appreciated if you want to maintain stable blood sugar levels.
