Chocolate flavor. Very good. I put 200ml of milk with 50gr of oats and mix in the centrifuge. Then 2 minutes in the microwave until it comes to the boil. Stir with a fork and return to the microwave for another 1 minute. Be careful not to overflow. Leave to cool slightly, stirring with a fork. A delicious snack.
Sabor chocolate. Muito bom. Coloco 200ml de leite com 50gr da aveia e misturo na centrifugadora. Depois 2 minutos no microondas até levantar fervura. Mexer com um garfo e voltar ao microondas por mais 1 minuto. Cuidado para não transbordar. Deixar arrefecer um pouco misturando com um garfo. Delícia de lanche.

Do not add too much water, until you get the hang of it you may not get the texture right. The chocolate flavor is smooth, if you add some fruit and nuts it is a satiating and complete breakfast.
No hay que echar mucha agua, hasta que le pillas el truco puede que no aciertes con la textura. El sabor chocolate es suave, si añades algo de fruta y frutos secos es un desayuno saciante y con aporte completo.
