Yes, we use it a lot
We use it to make cookies with blueberries, honey and almond flour, also for waffles, biscuits and normal pancakes as a substitute for wheat flour (and to give consistency to normal milkshakes). It is also used in batters and gachuelas and so the fried foods are lighter in digestion. As it is a little bland we always add a little salt (even when using it in desserts).
La usamos para hacer galletas con arándanos, miel y harina de almendra, también para gofres, bizcochos y tortitas normales como sustituto de harina de trigo (y para dar consistencia a los batidos normales). También en rebozados y gachuelas y así los fritos son más ligeros en la digestión. Como está un poco sosa siempre le echamos un poco de sal (incluso al utilizarla en postres).
