Excellent for short sleep and extra support while training

I have been taking it for years during periods of high activity and when I get little sleep. I used to suffer from insomnia and learned that if I took it with 200mg of caffeine on the days I didn't sleep, it helped me to have more mental clarity. This effect is only noticeable in case of severe sleep deprivation. Sleep is a thousand times better, but if you can't at that time L-tyrosine helps with caffeine. You also perform better in the gym.

La tomo hace años en periodos de mucha actividad y cuando duermo poco. En su día sufría insomnio y aprendí que si la tomaba con 200mg de cafeína los días que no dormía me ayudaba a tener más claridad mental. Este efecto solo se nota en caso de grave privación de sueño. Dormir es mil veces mejor, pero si no puedes en ese momento la L-tirosina ayuda con la cafeína. También rindes mejor en el gym.
