I bought these pills because of their good reviews, but so far we have not noticed any favorable results. My husband and I have sleep problems and our rest is not at all refreshing. We have been taking these pills for a while but we don't notice any difference to when we don't take them, still, we will finish the bottle, but reading such good reviews from people, I thought they would work for us too. We will have to keep trying different ones.

Valerian works for some people and not so much for others. In my case I don't use it daily so as not to generate tolerance in the GABA receptors, but when I use it before bed I notice that I sleep more soundly, especially if I use 2 capsules. It may leave a small residual drowsiness in the morning.
