For me it is ideal in spring.
When spring arrives I usually use some adaptogen for a while to better cope with the asthenia. I rotate as I see fit, I have used this formulation before and it works great. Highly recommended.

As I take several at the same time, I can't assure its effectiveness 100%, but I do feel more concentrated and it allows me to study longer without losing focus.
