Endurance sports
Excellent to take with water or other liquids that do not contain salts in endurance sports. In my case used for ultra Trail, to avoid cramps. You have to carry them in a small bottle that closes completely airtight because with the slightest contact with sweat or moisture they melt.
Excelentes para ir tomando junto con agua u otros líquidos que no contengan ya sales en deportes de resistencia. En mi caso usados para ultra Trail, para evitar calambres. Hay que llevarlas en algún bote pequeño que cierre totalmente hermético pues con el mínimo contacto con el sudor o la humedad se deshacen.
