Very good supplement, the only thing that repeats fish
An Omega-3 supplement of the highest quality, as evidenced by the IFOS certificate. The quality-price ratio is excellent and its effects are noticeable, it is a very effective product. I think HSN's premium ones are better but it has the IFOS seal, so it's ok. The packaging, price, quantity with good relation.

My nutritionist recommended it to me to keep my cholesterol under control and it does the job. It does work, but take it at breakfast, first eat a little, take the capsule and then continue eating.
