I don't know if it is coincidence or magic, any joint pain I have is recovered with glucosamine and I notice it is more effective than collagen since collagen has been proven not to be 100% repairing for the cartilage! I recommend HSN glucosamine, in fact I bought a lot of it because I recommended it to a friend.
