Great product, highly recommended if you want an aid to help you fall asleep or get back to sleep more easily in case you wake up in the middle of the night. I have found it to be an invaluable aid for both of these functions. The tablets are the right size for consumption and you simply take them about half an hour before you go to sleep. Very good value for money.
Estupendo producto, totalmente recomendable si quieres una ayuda para conciliar el sueño o recuperarlo más fácilmente en caso de que te despiertes en mitad de la noche. A mí me ha servido de inestimable ayuda para esas dos funciones.
