It has been very good for me.
Very good product. I have been taking HSN's inositol in capsules for a few weeks now and have noticed positive effects, especially on my mood and cycle regulation (I use it as support for PCOS). The capsules are easy to swallow, don't taste funny and I like that there are no unnecessary ingredients in them.
