Definitely works but with conditions
In two very stressful periods of my life, one time it worked wonders and the other time it worked half-half. I think it might be doing-not doing sports that makes the difference, but I'm not sure. In any case if you want GABA this is excellent value for money being much more accessible than other brands and in my opinion better than taking certain medications that have the same effect.
