My partner and I took it for pain in the neck and intercostal muscle, respectively. Together with the use of other types of creams also composed of arpagofito, it helped us a lot with the recovery. This, together with horsetail infusions, is what I recommend the most to help in the recovery process of any muscle injury in the most natural way possible.
Lo tomamos mi pareja y yo para dolor en el cuello y en el músculo intercostal, respectivamente. Junto al uso de otro tipo de cremas compuestas también por arpagofito nos ayudó muchísimo con la recuperación. Esto junto con infusiones de cola de caballo, lo que más recomiendo para ayudar en el proceso de recuperación de alguna lesión muscular de la forma más natural posible.

For joint pain
I take it along with ginger, turmeric, cat's claw and Evoflex. I do the combination a couple of times a year and it keeps injuries and pain at bay. Recommended.
Lo tomo junto con jengibre, cúrcuma, uña de gato y Evoflex.
Hago la combinación un par de veces al año y así mantengo las lesiones y dolores a raya.

It works
I had been suffering from hip, hamstring and lumbar problems for 2 years. After several treatments I was improving but not completely. I started taking harpagofito and the improvement has been radical.

Effective and natural
It works great for me. It has no taste for me, you don't have to take chemical anti-inflammatories and in my case I notice improvement in knee inflammation and joint pain.
