I am very intolerant to caffeine and I wanted to try guarana for that extra boost of energy, without the effects of caffeine. Despite having very little caffeine, I notice that if I take the midday capsule I don't sleep well, so I only take one in the morning. That's good!

Good, but caffeine is better
I bought them without looking at the composition and they only have 80mg of caffeine, while green coffee caffeine contains 200mg. The effect of coffee caffeine is much more noticeable.
